Flavorful Recipe: Teriyaki Salmon and Mango Salmon
By Leana Lee
Two flavors in one dish? Of course!
Each salmon filet has its own flavor. These are both of my own recipes. Try them for your next family dinner.
Prep time: 5 + 30 minutes marinating Cook time: 12 minutes Yield: 2 - 3 servings
salt, garlic salt
vegenaise or mayonnaise
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. cooking sake
1/4 cup chopped yellow mango
Set the oven on broil. Take a piece of foil and make a fold in the center to create a partition. Then when you cook two flavors of salmon, the sauces won't mix
Rub salt on each filet. On one filet, squeeze 1/2 a lemon and rub it in. Add on a spoonful or two of mayonnaise. I like to use the healthier version that is vegenaise (no dairy, less fat)
3. On one filet, pour on the soy sauce and sake. Rub on filet
4. On the other filet, add chopped mango and lemon slices
5. Broil for 12 minutes. Let cool before eating. Yum!
